Scheduling

Pool service scheduling software that fills next week by itself

Weekly pools should not need weekly data entry. Set each pool’s cadence and service day once, and the visits generate ahead of you, land on the right tech’s Today board, carry forward when they slip, and warn you when a sick day leaves stops uncovered.

Set the rhythm once

The schedule is a system, not a Sunday-night chore

Recurring service is the heart of a pool business, so it is the heart of the scheduler: cadences and service days live on the pool, and everything else, from the Today board to the reminder email, flows from them.

Recurring visits, generated ahead

Set the cadence (weekly, every other week, and other preset intervals) and the service weekday once per pool, and the visits create themselves ahead of you. No copy-pasting last week into next week, and re-running generation does not duplicate visits.

One Today board, both shells

The office Today board and the field app run from the same day: tappable stop cards, past-due work carried forward instead of silently lost, and each completed visit rolling into reports, invoicing, and the customer email the moment it is marked done.

Coverage alerts before the day breaks

Techs mark days they cannot work, and every visit that just lost its tech is called out on the schedule while there is still time to reassign it. You find out from the app the day before, not from a customer the day after.

Seasonal windows and skips that leave a trail

Pools with seasonal service get a start and end date, and generation respects the window. Skips and reschedules take a reason and keep it on the visit, so "why did we miss the Hendersons in July" has an answer.

Scheduling questions, answered

Can I set a pool to a specific day of the week?
Yes. Each pool can carry a service weekday, and generated visits snap to it. Pools with no set day are the flexible ones, and the planning map colors pools by service day so you can see and rebalance the week deliberately.
What happens to visits nobody completed?
They show as past-due on Today instead of disappearing, so a missed stop stays visible until someone completes, reschedules, or skips it with a reason.
Do customers know we are coming?
If you turn on visit reminders, customers get an email the day before their scheduled visit under your business name, so gates get unlocked and dogs come inside before the tech arrives.
How does scheduling relate to routing?
Scheduling decides WHICH day a pool is serviced; route optimization orders the stops WITHIN each day on real drive times. They are separate on purpose, because the service day is usually a commitment to the customer.
